AI in Teaching Workflow: Empowering Every Teacher AI
This seminar shows teachers of any subject how AI can reduce the time spent preparing teaching materials and handling school administration. It runs as two separate sessions, one for primary school teachers and one for secondary school teachers, so that the examples match the tasks at each level. No technical background is required. Teachers try free AI tools on real tasks from their own work, such as preparing worksheets, question banks and marking schemes, drafting parent notices and circulars, and summarising meeting notes. They also learn how to check AI output and protect student and school data. Participants leave with ready-to-use prompt templates and a workflow checklist they can apply at school straight away.
